She Changed the World: Women Breaking Barriers

DNCR is hosting a non-partisan kick-off event for She Changed the World: NC Women Breaking Barriers on the grounds of the State Capitol September 7, 2019 from 10:00 – 3:00! There will be vendors, partner organizations, exhibitors, food trucks, performances, and a voter registration drive! Come, participate, and learn about the women of the past and present who can inspire you! This is event is free to attend and open to all. Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, the NC Council for Women & Youth Involvement, the African American Heritage Commission, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, American Indian Women of Proud Nations, the National Council of Negro Women, and the League of Women Voters. We are currently seeking women focused vendors and exhibitors for this event.
